⚓︎Usage Agreement⚓︎

All commissions are for personal use only.I don't allow for any of my work, commissioned or otherwise, to be used in generative AI, NFT's, branding, or any merchandise. I currently do not allow for any large-scale commercial use of my work, but use for public projects can be discussed._{Use for personal merch (ie stickers, keychains, etc) for friends or family is fine, so long as it is not being sold or used for profit.}

Commissions can be reposted and used on other sites, character profiles, etc as long as they are reshared with credit.

⚓︎Delivery & Communication⚓︎

Average wait times for commissions are currently about two months, though this can vary. Regardless, I will keep you updated throughout the process, and you're free to ask for updates._{Commission slots are first-come-first-serve, but the order of completion can vary on several things. If you need a commission by a certain date, you must tell me this upfront, and may be subject to a fee.}

You can message me at any time to discuss a commission, but in order to formally request one you must complete the google form I have.I require an email and at least one open channel of communication (Discord, Twitter, etc) to be able to reliably communicate with you from start to finish for your commission. I require an email to send any relevant files/images._{Communication is desired and required, but I ask that you do not spam me asking for update after update. Things will take time and I don't want my inbox blown up over the same topic.}

⚓︎Payment & Refunds⚓︎

For commissions $30 or more, I require full or half payment upfront. Commissions under $30 must be paid in full before being started.Partially paid commissions will not be fully completed or delivered until full payment has been received._{The payment methods I accept currently is just Ko-fi. I do NOT accept payments directly through PayPal}

Full refunds are available up until I've started the work. 15% of the total price is non-refundable once I've started.Refunds are not available once I've finished a majority of the progress on the commission._{If you'd still like a commission that you have paid half upfront for but will take an extended period of time to complete payment because of new circumstances, please let me know, and we can discuss putting your commission on hold.}

⚓︎Additional Fees⚓︎

There are a few things I charge extra fees for. These include:⚓︎ Complexity
⚓︎ Time sensitive delivery
⚓︎ Excessive alterations
⚓︎ Opt-out_{I will repost commissions I complete on my social media profiles and otherwise use them in any portfolios. If you'd like your commission to be exempt from this, there is an opt-out fee which is 25% of the total commission price.}

You are free to ask for alterations to your commission at any point. however, after so many changes I will have to charge a fee. This fee is not set, as it will vary on a case-by-case basis. To avoid this, please be as clear and detailed as possible when first consulting me about what you'd like for the piece.

⚓︎Creative Limitations⚓︎

I have the right to decline or cancel/refund a commission at anytime for any reason.Certain reasons, such as poor conduct or other dishonest communication can result in you being blacklisted. I will also blacklist people who otherwise disregard my TOS._{I do not knowingly accept (SFW or NSFW) commissions for people under 18, and I do not consent to any NSFW content of mine being willingly distributed to minors.}
